Terms of ServiceEffective May 30, 2026 · Last updated June 10, 2026
Sasha helps people living with chronic conditions find and understand online health communities. Our purpose is to describe these communities, not to judge them. We tell you what a community is actually like — its tone, what people talk about, how it is moderated — so you can decide for yourself whether it is a fit. We do not rank communities as "good" or "bad," and a community focused on alternative approaches is described, not condemned. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Williams CX LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Williams CX," "Sasha," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the Sasha website and applications (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Sasha is not medical adviceSasha is an information and discovery tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it does not create a doctor-patient or other professional relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read on Sasha. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or your local emergency number immediately.

5. Acceptable useYou may use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. In particular, you agree not to:
Scrape, crawl, harvest, index, or use any automated means (including bots, spiders, scripts, headless browsers, or AI agents) to extract, copy, or collect community profiles, condition data, digests, search results, or any other content from the Service, except for the limited crawling of our public pages expressly permitted by our robots.txt and llms.txt files.
Bulk download, mirror, republish, redistribute, license, sell, or build a competing product, dataset, or model from Sasha content or data.
Access the Service’s API or any non-public, internal, or authenticated endpoint by automated means without our prior written permission.
Flood, overload, or send excessive or automated requests to the Service, or otherwise attempt to disrupt, degrade, or carry out a denial-of-service attack against the Service or its infrastructure.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with rate limits, caching, authentication, access controls, or any security or usage-monitoring feature.
Use automation to create accounts, run searches, or generate activity at a volume or speed inconsistent with normal human use.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
Upload or transmit malware, or use the Service to violate the law, infringe others’ rights, or harass, harm, or impersonate anyone.
The community profiles and structured data on Sasha are the result of significant time and expense, and they are a core part of what the Service offers. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to throttle or rate-limit requests, block IP addresses or clients, suspend or terminate accounts, and pursue any available legal remedy in response to a violation of this section or to activity we reasonably believe is automated abuse.
6. AI-generated content and how to read itCommunity profiles, summaries, digests, and similar content on Sasha are generated with the help of automated systems and large language models, working from publicly available information. They are descriptive and observational by design: they aim to tell you what a community is like, not to endorse, rank, or warn you away from it.Because this content is generated and drawn from public sources, it may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and communities change over time. Where our confidence is low or the underlying data is thin, we try to say so and to note the limitations rather than invent detail. Treat every profile as a starting point for your own judgment, not as a verified or final assessment. Any safety-related note on Sasha is narrowly limited to documented, direct physical harm and is not a substitute for professional medical guidance.
7. Third-party communities, platforms, and linksSasha describes and links to communities and content hosted on third-party platforms (such as Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Discord, and independent forums). We do not own, operate, control, or endorse those communities or platforms, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, conduct, safety, or availability of any third-party community, platform, or website.
8. Intellectual propertyThe Service, including its software, design, text, and the community profiles and structured data we create, is owned by Williams CX LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own personal use. No other rights are granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved. "Sasha" and our logos are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.
9. DisclaimersTHE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
11. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Williams CX LLC and its owners, members, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12. Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.
13. Changes to the Service and these TermsWe may modify or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputesThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Utah County, Utah will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
